Collective Soul is an American rock band originally from Stockbridge, Georgia. Now based in Atlanta, the group consists of lead vocalist Ed Roland, rhythm guitarist Dean Roland, bassist Will Turpin, drummer Johnny Rabb and lead guitarist Jesse Triplett. Formed in 1992, Collective Soul released their Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid album on the independent label Rising Storm Records in 1993

Soul Side, Soon - Come - Happy (Dischord 1990) Today's driving to work music selection in honor of the Soul Side shows taking place this week. If this was happening at a different time of the year, I'd be there. I remember when this CD was a new release from Dischord. I had first heard Soul Side on the State of the Union comp. I sought out more by everyone of those groups and bought Trigger on cassette.
