Alias Empire are an Irish alternative electronic band based in Dublin. Formed in 2002, the band consists of Kevin Littlewood, Phil Porter and Stuart Flood. The band originally formed under the name Dry County, changing their name in 2008. Alias Empire have released three studio albums: Unexpected Falls (2007), Safety In Numbers (2013) and "Focus" (2015). The band recorded Unexpected Falls in various houses around Ireland.

This album was a move away from the lo-fi electronic sound of Unexpected Falls towards a bigger, bolder, in your face brand of indie electronica. Alias Empire released their third album Focus in July 2015. AE - EP ‎(File, MP3, EP, 251).

The single "More Than Words Can Say" reached in Canada and in the United States. A third single, "Waiting for Love", was released in early 1991 and peaked at on the . Billboard Hot 100.
