Foe me "Rock The House" is the stand out track, with its driving rhythm. Move The Colors" has a trance feel about it, and a great haunting synth riff, topped off with a bubbling acid bassline. Help Me To Believe" huge synth intro (hands in the air moment), that works throughout the track giving it an uplifting feel. The a-side ‘Rock the house’ is with out a doubt a ‘rave’ classic, but it is the other side which is most definitely a missed masterpiece, the track ‘Help me to believe, was possibly my most hammered tune of that year, and from the response, and interest it received makes it in my eyes worthy of a mention.

Текст песни "Gorillaz - Rock The House"

Here we go again! o/. 3 years ago. So far as i know did Richard originally planned to use the name of "Barracuda" for his main project & alter ego. It's just by accident that Moby became his main project name. An other very great project from him is "Voodoo Child"!!!

Rock The House is the tenth track and third single on Gorillaz's 2001 album "Gorillaz". It features a memorable trumpet riff sampled from the theme tune of the 1966 film Modesty Blaise

While at home, Lorde has been teaching herself how to play piano and, in the process, she’s begun to brainstorm ideas for her third album. I haven’t started properly on the next record yet, and I’m not sure how long it’ll be, she writes in a newsletter sent to fans this week. But I’ve been teaching myself how to play piano, and here and there little bits come out. I think this next one will probably be born around the piano in my house, me and my friends, keeping it simple. But know that for now I’m happy here at home, living quietly and simply, eating toast, going for walks, swimming

The repetition of simple harmonious strings over a throbbing mass of energy is quite simply bliss, this 12 inch was at the forefront of the European charge into the dance arena. Even though ‘help me’ has dated very slightly, the overall effect remains, one of ecstasy.

European charge? This was one of Moby's EARLY techno projects, making it a North American foray into the techno realm.

I agree but what about Move the Colors? Has to be one of the best psycological tripping trance tracks of its time. Far better than the other 2 tracks in my view. In fact I didnt like the A side Rock the House at all. But the 2 B side tracks are awsome. Move the colours is one of the most underated examples of early trance in my view. EDITED BEFORE ANY REPLIES!!!
