Talk about Radio Birdman - Radios Appear (Overseas Version)

I this official or bootleg?
It's definitely a bootleg. I have this one and the 'Living Eyes' that I bought new right around 2000 (may have been 2001). My guess is they are both either Spanish, French or Portuguese pressings. I remember buying like 8-10 of them all in the same family, and cheap. Even the shop owner back then said 'Yeah, they're bootlegs'. All were from those countries (Spain mostly).
Same question here. Also, if they are two different issues, is there a way to tell this and this one apart: ?
