Charmed Life is the fourth studio album by English rock vocalist Billy Idol, released in 1990 through Chrysalis Records. The lead single, "Cradle of Love", appeared on the soundtrack of The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. The song was famous for its video, which won the 1990 MTV Video Music Award for "Best video from a film". The video, directed by David Fincher, involved Betsy Lynn George as a teenager who knocks at her neighbour's door and asks to play a tape, before stripping to the music.

The Willies really know how to swing! One of the best live bands in the country! Jen and Dave are . .The Willies played a corporate event for my company with over 300 people in attendance ntastic! I'd book them again in a heartbeat. Great fit for our Prohibition Ball 20's themes event.

The Little Willies could be called a supergroup if they had more than one star in their lineup. Instead, the quintet is a group of five New York musicians - highlighted by pianist/vocalist Norah Jones, but also featuring her regular bassist Lee Alexander, guitarist/vocalist Richard Julian, guitarist Jim Campilongo, and drummer Dan Rieser - who originally came together to play a one-shot gig in 2003 at the Living Room, and soon came to play the venue. regularly, which eventually led to an eponymous album released in March of 2006

Echoing his 1995 release, Nashville, Bill Frisell's The Willies revisits the auburn sounds of American roots music. Although he has dipped into folk music in prior efforts, these songs follow the traditional mode even more faithfully than any of his previous releases, with only minor shifts into his familiar dissonant explorations. Assisted by Danny Barnes (Bad Livers) on banjo and guitar and bassist Keith Lowe (Fiona Apple, Wayne Horvitz & Zony Mash), Frisell's quirky tonalities and sweeping soundscapes still pervade each track, but the disquieting surges found on releases like.
