Moment is Japanese J-pop band Speed's greatest hits album following their first album, Starting Over and second album, Rise. Moment was released on December 16, 1998 and contains all the commercially released singles from their first and second albums along with additional tracks. Debuting at number 1 on the Oricon charts and eventually selling . 2 million copies, Moment is the best-selling album by a female group in Japanese music history.

The version of the compilation album "Speed Spirits" is different from the standalone version. It contains two additional videos "Special Medley" and "冷たくしないで (Eriko With Crunch)". 18-Page booklet contains pictures of the band members and lyrics to the songs. Matrix, Runout (CD): A-081-1. My Moment is the debut commercial mixtape by American rapper Tee Grizzley. It was released on April 7, 2017, by Tee Grizzley and 300 Entertainment. The production on the mixtape was handled by DJ Mustard, Helluva, Sonny Digital and Westside Webb.

The album would start off with the group's beautiful ballad "White Love" (their fifth CD single released back in 1997). I was just in love with this song. The lyrics were utterly sad of wanting to be with a love one during the Winter time and promises broken. Each time I listen to this song, I can literally feel the sadness through the vocals
