Rock and Rollin' with Fats Domino, released in Europe as Carry On Rockin', is the 1956 debut album by R&B pianist and vocalist Fats Domino, compiling a number of his hits and other material, some of which would soon become hits. The album, which featured a woodcut portrait of the musician, reached on the Billboard "Pop Albums" chart. It is believed to have been produced by engineer Bunny Robyn due to the notation on the cover "A Robyn Recording".

Antoine "Fats" Domino Jr. (February 26, 1928 – October 24, 2017) was an American pianist and singer-songwriter. One of the pioneers of rock and roll music, Domino sold more than 65 million records. Billboard Top 40, and five of his pre-1955 records sold more than a million copies, being certified gold

There's also a rolling "Jambalaya (On the Bayou)," "Natural Born Lover," an excellent version of "You Win Again" and the New Orleans boogie of "Shu Ra.

And coupled with Domino's 1st Greatest Hits album is a masterpiece. 2 people found this helpful. Fats was the star of the 50s and early 60s. Lots of others had some hits (including versions of his songs), but Fats did it for over a decade, rolling out hit after hit after hit for years. This CD collects two albums (themselves just compilations of his innumerable singles) and two "bonus tracks" that really are a bonus.
