World's on Fire is the first live album and second DVD by English electronic dance music band The Prodigy, released on 11 May 2011. World on Fire is the second studio album billed to the American band Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, consisting of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and his backup band, released on September 16, 2014; it also acts as Slash's third solo album. The album was written by Slash and Myles Kennedy while on the road, and produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette.

It may not deliver a knockout punch but it's not intended to be powerful; it's a grower, sounding better with repeated exposure, repeated listens revealing the craft in the songs and the subtlety in Nail's execution.

The image of fire was considered too sensitive. Tori Amos covered this in May of 1996, and it appeared on VH1's Crossroads album in October of 1996.

At just over 36 minutes, Rook is tailor-made for the dwindling attention span of the information age, but if ever the dated phrase "all killer, no filler" were to apply, it would be here. Jonathan Meiburg's gorgeous, melodramatic lyrics would reek with pretension out of anyone else's mouth, but his increasingly fluid and powerful voice, which is now caught somewhere between Jello Biafra, Jeff Buckley, and Tilt-era Scott Walker, demands full attention from the listener, a notion that often gets swept under the rug in the current lo-fi, .

The album launches with the title track, which has already rocketed to the upper reaches of the rock charts. The high-energy rocker is a solid intro into the album, showcasing some of the guitar work fans expect, while allowing Kennedy to alternate between power and swagger. Slash and his band get off to a rocking start, with tracks like 'Shadow Life,' 'Automatic Overdrive,' 'Wicked Stone' and '30 Years to Life' keeping the energy up in the early part of the disc.
