This is the Original Motion Picture Score to Lions Gate Films' big-screen action/thriller hit The Punisher, based on the legendary Marvel Comics sensation, starring John Travolta (Get Shorty, Face/Off, Pulp Fiction), Tom Jane (Deep Blue Sea, Boogie Nights) and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos (X-Men 2: X-Men United, Godsend). Composer Carlo Siliotto's rousing, Morricone-tinged orchestral score captures all the danger, pathos and heart of The Punisher saga. All music on this CD is exclusive to this release. The original score from "The Punisher" composed by Carlo Siliotto is a masterpiece, in my opinion. It really brings life to the movie itself, and it makes for one enjoyable album to listen to. Even though this will mostly only appeal to those who have seen the movie, it can be enjoyed by those who haven't seen the movie as well, if they're fans of a good movie score. A superb job on all fronts.
