Do It Again is a song by British rock band the Kinks. Written by lead singer Ray Davies, the song was released as the first track on The Kinks's album, Word of Mouth. It was released as a single after the album's release. Written by Davies as an observation on the stressful working schedules that he and others had to face, the song was recorded during the sessions for Word of Mouth and sent out as a promotional single soon after.

The single version differed from the album version, shortening the intro and outro and omitting the organ solo. Released in 1972, the song debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 on November 18, 1972, and reached number 6 on the US charts in 1973, making it Steely Dan's second highest charting single.

Monument, the best track, finds her somberly reflecting from an imagined future; Do It Again pairs propulsive beats with Robyn’s melancholy vocal hooks, but it doesn’t feel as emotionally authentic as, say, her 2011 club hit Call Your Girlfriend. Even without the ecstatic melodrama of Robyn’s best work or the momentum of Röyksopp albums like 2009’s Junior, this is a worthwhile peek into three great electro-pop minds.
