Another moderately productive album for Peabo Bryson, who was beginning to slip from his pedestal in the early '80s. There was one strong number, "Let the Feeling Flow," which even got some pop airplay. Bryson's voice didn't sound as silky or inviting; most ballads lacked their customary sparkle and the up-tempo tunes were faceless. 3. (Now and Then There's) A Fool Such as I. Bill Trader.

Peabo Bryson has established a career as one of the premiere soul crooners of the last four decades. Possessing a beautifully rich, almost operatic voice, he has survived and prospered despite the passage of time, changes in popular musical trends, and occasional periods of mediocre material. After the less successful Paradise album in 1980, Peabo made a surprising move, issuing an album of previously unreleased material from his Bang days, Turn the Hands of Time.

Why Don't You Make Up Your Mind is a killer soul tune too

'I've been down' is another huge stepper revived in London blues dances during the late eighties. Taken from arguably the weakest 'Capitol Records' released album. I'm not complaining though, the release is worth it, for this song alone.
