Talk about Robert Brookins - In The Night

LOL I guess the profile troll picture says more about the reviewer below than the review............ Back in the day the soul heads checked this album for the mid-tempo 'In the beginning'. Though I must add it was only reissued on cd by FTG to cash in on the trend of collectors chasing the original obscure UK cd and not because it was a great album. However, if you want this, buy the original MCA Records mastered cd or vinyl, as the remastered cd sounds like an over processed pro tools job.

Every song on this album is pretty much terrible. The supposed album's hit "In Our Lives" is unmelodious, repetitive and fatiguing to listen to. The rest are entirely forgettable.
