Erroll Garner - The Best Of / Most Happy Piano flac album

Complete your Erroll Garner collection. I have a copy of CL-939 with both this later cover and what I guess is the original cover (with a pretty girl). This later version has what I would call "very ugly reverb" added. I just listened to confirm my opinion. I don't know how the matrix numbers relate to the covers, so I will include these numbers here: my original, pretty-girl cover pressing is XLP-38761/62-2B and this cover is XLP-38761/62-3C. Why Erroll Garner isn’t listened to much today, I don’t know. He had everything a piano player could want: phenomenal technique, a great sense of rhythm and dynamics, and above all, wit and energy. His music is fun but it’s also complicated and rich . One of the very best and most original of all time.
