War Without End entered my metal collection a few days after the show, and it has proven a most worthy addition. It's all in the band name and album title, really: War Without End is the soundtrack to World War III. All the lyrics reference war and violence to varying degrees; titles like "Total War" and "Combat Shock" require no explanation, while others such as "Beneath the Waves" and "Born of the Ruins" are slightly more subtle. Don't relax though- they'll still tear your face off if you don't brace yourself for impact. Every song is roughly the same length, something I would normally criticize heavily, but it works on War Without End because Warbringer packs so much content into each track. When you're playing at the speed of destruction, you can get away with short songs. There are no bad tracks on the album, but a few stand above the rest.
