The Hunters are a Canadian punk rock band from Quebec City. Since their formation in 2006, The Hunters have toured extensively in Canada, as well as the US East Coast and Europe. has been released independently in 2008. In June 2010, Alexandre Hébert-Vincent was replaced by Danahé Rousseau-Côté on the guitar. On March 8, 2012, Stomp Records announced they were adding the band to their roster and releasing the second album, Promises, on April 17.

Firstly this album gets boring fairly quickly but It’s the kind of thing where when you listen to something over and over again it gets boring (bad part) but when you are not listening to it you want to listen to it again. This is probably the only way I can explain this album. I also don’t find the songs Storm the Gates of Hell and I Am You too fascinating because they take too much from Nu Metal than the other songs in this album
