I can't believe that this tune is now for sale at £100+ for a 2104 release.Youth & Truth music who released it made it so limited that copies of it were sold out on first day of release.This tune was getting so much play on sound systems and getting good response on play,I cannot understand why they pressed so little an amount.Roots reggae music is getting a big following worldwide & seeing as vinyl is the main format for Roots I cannot understand why they pressed so few copies.Very poor decision and this tune would have sold very well even if they had pressed 3 or 4 times the amount & would have been better payday for the artists.Repress needed immediately.Jay

Iyah, this release was not as limited as you might think. We pressed a thousand copies and they were not sold out on the first day, don't know where you got that information from. A lot of tunes are pressed in much more limited quantities by the way.A repress was planned but never realized because of business issues. It's a pity that people are now charging silly money for this but then again, it seems like certain people are willing to pay silly money for it.

Jayash, my name is Ubuntu Dread I am part of the Youth & Truth family.There is 1000 copies pressed, this is far from "so limited" , most dub-releases go to 500 copies then they call it limited, sometimes just to get more money out of it.And this is absolutely NOT what we have done.This copy was for sale for about +/- 12euros at the shops and by us directly for 10euros.It was NOT sold out in 1 day, this is almost impossible in an underground scene like ours.Actually we ran out of stock in 5 months or something.We are an INDEPENDENT Reggae/Dub label + soundsystem, we are not a big label.Releasing your first tune on your first label is not a joke, you have to go through many obstacles + you have to keep your soundsystem running too.The price people ask for it on discogs is out of our reach, we don't like it at all, me personally would never pay this money for a piece of plastic. Just because the internet says it has this value, this is straight-up VAMPIRE business.And YES YES YES it needs a repress, we want it too, but as I said it's hard and expensive.There will be a repress on Youth & Truth Music one day, but we have to think about the upcoming projects too, forward is the only way.This is all I can say for now.1LOVE & BLESSINGS
