Ronnie Davis (1950 – January 25, 2017) was a Jamaican reggae singer who was a member of The Tennors, The Itals, and the group Ronnie Davis & Idren. He lately performed as a solo artist. Born in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica, Davis started his singing career by entering local talent contests in the early 1960s.

Reggae foundation roots singer Ronnie Davis (original Itals and formerly of The Tennors), releases his much anticipated new album titled IYAHCOUSTIC. Produced by oducer Henry "Sadiki" Buckley, J. IYAHCOUSTIC showcases Davis in a modern acoustic setting - a departure from the hard-core Rocksteady and Reggae production that's been the backdrop for most of his works throughout the years. The album, however, does not stray tfar from the potency or from the foundation of Davis, as all the tracks are re-cuts of some of his biggest hits to date. Ronnie Davis started his singing career by entering local talent contests in the early 1960s. His big break came in 1969 when he was asked to join The Tennors. He is also a founding member of the GRAMMY nominated The Itals.
