Nico Segal (born June 25, 1993), formerly known as the stage name Donnie Trumpet, is an American trumpeter and record producer from Chicago, Illinois. He is part of the hip hop collective Savemoney with Chance the Rapper and Vic Mensa, among others. He was a member of the band Kids These Days, which broke up in 2013, and currently performs in the band The Social Experiment.

Nico Segal (the Chance collaborator formerly known as Donnie Trumpet) has a new band and a new album. The group is a four-piece jazz ensemble called the JuJu. In addition to Segal, it features pianist Julian Reid, bassist Lane Beckstrom, and drummer Everett Reid (as Noisey notes). Their debut record is called Exchange. It features Jamila Woods (on We Good ), as well as additional production from fellow Chance collaborator Nate Fox; it was also recorded and mixed by Fox and Segal.

The Social Experiment members Nico Segal and Nate Fox have released their debut album as Intellexual. Stream the self-titled record in full below via Apple Music or this site. Intellexual the LP spans a total of 11 songs. Most were written from scratch at a piano or guitar, their details fleshed out before going into the studio with a firm-footed plan, instead of piecing together scraps.

Nico Vega is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2005. The band consists of lead singer Aja Volkman, guitarist Rich Koehler and drummer Dan Epand. Comparisons have been made to The White Stripes in that they have never had a bass player (Note that in 2012, they added Jamilla Weaver to the touring line-up playing bass).
