Night Nurse is a 1982 studio album by Gregory Isaacs. Night Nurse is reggae artist Gregory Isaacs' most well-known album. It contains his biggest hit, "Night Nurse" as well as several other notable tracks. It was first released on CD in 1990. A reissue version released in 2002 includes four additional bonus tracks. All tracks composed by Gregory Isaacs and Sylvester Weise.

This re-mastered version of the classic album includes 4 extra vintage dancehall dub versions of: Cool Down The Pace (x2) Night Nurse Sad To Know (That You're Leaving)- "Unhappy Departure Dub". Until after Mr. Isaacs release, Private Beach Party, his album style was one of place and play. There was no need to take off Gregory or move to another track.
