Rammstein - Herzeleid flac album

Herzeleid is the debut album by Rammstein. It was released on September 25, 1995, and on November 24, 1998 in the US. The recordings started in Sweden, in the Polar Studios. The band stayed in that studio for one week, where they only recorded the drum tracks. After that, they moved to the private studio of their producer Jacob Hellner. Jacob would only work during the day in the weeks. So in the evenings and on the weekend, the band was alone.

This caused critics to accuse the band of trying to sell themselves as poster boys for the master race.

Herzeleid, (German for "Heartache") is Rammstein's first album. Most members of the band were experiencing relationship problems during the production of the album, hence the name Herzeleid (although the literal translation for "herzeleid" is "heartache", the band has stated that in spoken German, it just means "heart-break".
