The Book of Souls: Live Chapter is a live album and video by Iron Maiden, recorded throughout their 2016–2017 The Book of Souls World Tour. Released on 17 November 2017, the album was produced by Tony Newton, with Steve Harris serving as co-producer. This makes it the band's first live album since 2002's Beast over Hammersmith not to be produced by Kevin Shirley.

Two years in the making, iron maiden live album the book of souls: live chapter - out now! Warner Music have released IRON MAIDEN’s ‘The Book Of Souls: Live Chapter’ worldwide. This live recording comprises 15 songs captured during ‘The Book Of Souls World Tour’, which covered 39 countries across six continents during 2016 and 2017, and was seen by over two million fans.

Iron Maiden will release a live album, Book of Souls: Live Chapter, on Nov. 17. As the name implies, the 15-track, double-CD or triple-vinyl set is drawn from performances all over the world from the band's 2016-2017 Book of Souls tour. The tour included 39 countries in six continents during its run and was seen by more than two million people. We spent a huge amount of time working on this, as I wanted to get it as close to the Maiden live experience as I possibly could and to represent our fans from different parts of the world," Maiden bassist and the live album's co-producer Steve Harris said.

Iron Maiden's tour in support of 2015's The Book of Souls spanned 39 countries and six continents. Instead of picking one show from that tour and featuring its complete setlist, nearly every song on the album is from a different show (two were recorded at Castle Donington, UK). Since the tour was in support of The Book of Souls, six of The Book of Souls: Live Chapter are from that album including the 13 minute-plus The Red and the Black and the nearly 11 minute The Book of Souls. The rest of the set includes hits from throughout their career
