The Song Remains the Same is the live soundtrack album of the concert film of the same name by the English rock band Led Zeppelin The recording of the album and the film took place during three nights of concerts at New York's Madison Square Garden, during the band's 1973 North American tour.

2018 mastering at Metropolis Studios, London. Blue-Ray mixed from the original multitrack under supervision and approval of Led Zeppelin. Mastering assisted by Peter Hewitt-Dutton Blu-Ray authoring:Craig Anderson and Davis Dieckmann at Craigman Digital. 6-channel discreet surround sound (96 kHz/24-bit resolution).

Also there is a repress version in the series with the same catalog number made by East West Japan Inc. and having little different artwork.
