Released in 1975, this was trumpeter Freddie Hubbard's sixth and final release for Creed Taylor's CTI Records, made at a time when he was already exploring new styles over at Columbia Records. It's his only CTI release that remains out of print - apart from a very brief Japan-only CD release some years back - but it's got some great tracks, players, textures and arrangements. Don Sebesky and Bob James tag-team the orchestrations and arrangements on two tracks each, with the band pulling back to septet for the final track.

Polar AC. Freddie Hubbard. People Make the World Go Round Lyrics. About Polar AC. Polar AC Q&A. Writers Linda Creed & Thom Bell. More Freddie Hubbard albums. LP (Item 7336) CTI, 1975 - Condition: Near Mint-. LP, Vinyl record album. Warm and wonderful work from Freddie Hubbard – a killer of an album recorded for CTI, and one of his most soulful efforts for the label! The album's got a bit more of a human heart than some of the more cosmic sessions Freddie cut at the time – a bit more contemplative and introspective, but no less open-minded and electrically charged.
