Destiny's Child is the self-titled debut studio album by American R&B group Destiny's Child, released by Columbia Records and Music World Entertainment on February 17, 1998. It features the singles "No, No, No" and "With Me". It won Soul Train Lady of Soul Award for Best R&B/Soul Album of the Year due to both singles having a remix (Part 2) as well as having an original version (Part 1). Both singles preceded the album

The album was released in 1985 to commercial failure however the following year saw the lead single "Say It, Say It" peak at on the American Dance Charts as well as charting in a few other countries. The follow-up single "Love in the Shadows" was not as successful but still made an impression on the American Dance Charts. The album was produced by Daily, Harold Faltermeyer and Rick Ramirez. Faltermeyer is a German musician, keyboardist, composer and record producer who is well known for his work with the soundtrack for the film Top Gun.

Wild Child is the debut studio album from American actress and musician E. G. Daily, released by A&M in 1985. Although the album was not a commercial success, the lead single "Say It, Say It" reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Songs Chart and No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986.
