Luis Eduardo Aute Gutiérrez (born 13 September 1943) is a Philippine-born Spanish singer, songwriter, film director, actor, sculptor, writer and painter. Young, he showed uncommon ability being a painter and sketcher. Another youth passion was movie theater; his curiosity about filmmaking was abetted by his parents' offering him an 8 mm camera, which he utilized to create home-made movies along with his friends.
