With their last album, "Reinventing the Steel", Pantera pulled off what alot of bands rarely ever do: they managed to fuse the styles of all their previous albums together to create music that doesn't sound recycled.
Reinventing the Steel’ is the ninth and final studio album by groove metal band Pantera. Released in 2000, the band members would fall out big-time shortly after, and would end up disbanding a few years later. Pantera are so highly revered and beloved by metal fans that I easily fell into the hype, going only by their hit singles from the early 90’s.

This is a very overlooked album by some great musicians, and is just as good as their classic releases. Hell Bound The first track opens with some good sound production with dime's guitars, as well as some double vocal tracking by Phil Anselmo. You can tell the artistic shift that was made with this song in Pantera. Revolution is My Name Another one of my faveorite Pantera songs, this one has probably one of the coolest guitar riffs ive ever heard. It made me almost shiver when i first heard it. 5/5.
