Standing as their final work, ‘Hot Sauce Committee Part Two’ remains a perfect end point to Beastie Boys’ career, but leaves a question of what may have been. Published on. April 27, 2019. That would have been – yep – Hot Sauce Committee Part One. An album cover was revealed, a 2009 release date se. nd then MCA was diagnosed with cancer and the group who’d already taken so many twists and turns in their career found themselves going down a route not even they could have anticipated. In the events that followed, Hot Sauce Committee Part One was tweaked and rejigged, tracks were added and removed – and it finally emerged, on 27 April 2011, as a sequel to what might have been.

Hot Hot Hot" is a song written and first recorded by Montserratian musician Arrow, featured on his 1982 studio album, Hot Hot Hot. The song became an instant dance floor hit and was later covered by artists around the world, most notably in 1987 by American singer Buster Poindexter. The song was Arrow's first chart hit, peaking at No. 59 on the UK Singles Chart

The project was originally planned to be released in two parts, with Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1 originally planned for release in 2009. The release was delayed after band member Adam "MCA" Yauch was diagnosed with cancer.
