Mundell Lowe was one of those unsung heroes during the classic era of the ‘40s to the ‘60s in jazz. A consummate guitarist, Lowe played with the greats and helped launch a few careers in the process. After a long and fruitful life, we’ve lost another treasure. This was Sammy’s first venture into the world of an unplugged album and is almost as terrific and just as moving as his later effort. This first outing features Sammy with a simple, soft, electric guitar, performing numbers like Bewitched, Try A Little Tenderness, I’ve Got a Crush On You, and more jazz/pop standards. Props should also be given to Mundell Lowe for his beautifully soft electric guitar playing, never attempting to take Sammy’s spotlight away but accompanying him in the most perfect of playing possible. He is given occasional solos which he plays with much tenderness/softness which matches Sammy’s emotional vocal lines perfectly.

Лучший ответ: People are afraid of lots of things. There are many DIFFERENT kinds of fears called phobias. They affect at least a quarter of the POPULATION. The TRADITIONAL treatment for people with strong phobias is some kind of therapy. In most cases it doesn’t work but doctors still believe that phobias can be cured. RECENTLY they have discovered a drug which can help people to overcome their phobias. It doesn’t work for everybody but when it does, it is very EFFECTIVE. People, who take the pill feel much better – most of their fears DISAPPEAR. Michael could not imagine his life without computers. His parents BOUGHT him his first computer at the age of seven. It took HIM several days to learn how to use it. His mum said that the younger people were, the FASTER they could learn computer skills. That was probably true – most CHILDREN in Michael’s class were very competent computer users. Michael was really surprised to find out that the first personal computer WAS INVENTED in the 70’s of the last century. And how did you chat or send your e-mails without computers? he asked his mother. She smiled: We DID NOT SEND each other e-mails. And there were no networks. She also said that it WAS fun to communicate face-to-face, to play out-of-doors and to visit friends’ homes.

It was a lot of work, because the ground was hard. But after that, the weather was good for a very long time. There was no wind, and Joe spoke angrily. But then one day there was a very strong wind, and Joe and his family had to go down into their room under the ground. They were there for a long time.
