I also have the pink insert, but mine says '8th pressing' on bottom right of insert, yet, the xeroxed sleeve is still the Laytonville address....hmmm. Any idea if this is a mixture of an old sleeve and a newer booklet? How many pressings were there?

Mine has pressing with #1515 on back with 2nd pressing booklet which is pinkish color.I have another early version with a light yellow cover with laytonville address with a blue 8th pressing booklet. And last I have the later repress with the glossy cover and the Berkeley address with a yellow 2nd pressing booklet
