Laid Back is the debut studio solo album by American singer-songwriter Gregg Allman, released in October 1973 by Capricorn Records. Allman, best known as the anist of the Allman Brothers Band, first began considering a solo career after internal disagreements with that group. He developed the album as a small creative outlet wherein he would assume full control, and he co-produced the album alongside Johnny Sandlin.

Laid Back Townies is a band from Oulu and our music paints pictures of urban blues, funk and rock. Before going into the details of the album, we do not consider that they are in vein rock prog, but rather in the classic rock. We have the distinct impression that the progressive rock category is used to put a little everything and anything. Now back to the music that is really quality. We have a right to a rock influenced 70s tinged with blues, hard and psychedelic. Their style would not have been denied by Led Zeppelin, Cream Humble Pie, Free or Hendrix. The compositions are based on chiseled guitars where the inspiration is present especially during solos with incredible feeling.
