Boogie is a compilation album of both previously released and unreleased tracks by American band The Jackson 5. It was released on January 16, 1979, after the release of the Jacksons studio album Destiny a month earlier. Boogie is considered the rarest of all Jackson 5/Jacksons releases, as not many albums were pressed and fewer were sold at the time. I dig the Andrew Sisters. Mom took us to a retro theater before I was 12 and I saw one of their war-related films and thought they were the best part. Later in years I bought a cassette & loved singing along to this and Bei Mir Bist Du Shon. Their harmonies were fantastic. I've known of some Andrew Sisters tribute bands, and they've had a big influence since the 40s. Thanks. Love the andrew sisters.
