Dirty Little Rabbits are an American alternative rock band formed in 2007 in Johnston, Iowa. They are often referred to as a side project of Shawn Crahan, a member/founder of heavy metal band Slipknot. In 2008 fellow Slipknot band member Sid Wilson introduced Shawn Crahan to Michael Pfaff, along with a few other musicians they had a jam session together

Our next album will be a remix album released this coming March, which features remixes by around 8 music acts from Oxford and further afield. I think we’re a combination of some of the heavier 1990s guitar bands like Smashing Pumpkins and God Machine mixed with 1980s post-punk vocals; bands like Joy Division, the Chameleons, and the Psychedelic Furs. Speaking of psychedelia, I’ve always been a big fan of the Doors too. What would your dream collaboration be?

The remix is a deconstruction of the essential atmosphere created by 'These Rumours', which has been rebuilt into a dubstep-influenced, smoky lope.
