Several members have meanwhile played in other bands but they are definitely at their best in TPRI. The album shows influences from the psychedelic and sunshine pop and prog rock.

Hailing from Estonia, Tartu Popi Ja Roki Instituut make layered and arty yet still propulsively rock-informed pop that touches upon such vintage influences as '60s psych pop and '70s Krautrock. Formed around 2004, the group, whose name translates into English as the Tartu Pop and Rock Institute, is a large ensemble featuring the talents of Pille Vilgota (guitar), Kristiina Reidolf (vocals, keyboards), Kaspar Aus (keyboards), Liina Leemet (vocals), Lauri Randveer (bass), Siim Randveer (guitar), and Lauri Kulpsoo (drums)
