Secretos (Secrets) is 19th studio album recorded by Mexican performer José José, It was released by RCA Ariola in 1983 (see 1983 in music). It was written, produced and arranged by Manuel Alejandro. Secretos became the first collaboration of José José with Manuel Alejandro in a complete album, and became the most popular of Jose José's career. The album gave him international recognition, selling 4 million copies by 1984 and over 7 million units to date.

This RCA compilation spotlights Latin pop vocalist José José. The ten tracks include "Voy a Llenarte Toda," "He Renunciado a Tí," "Esta Noche Te Voy a Estrenar," and "El Amor Acaba. These classic romantic Latin tracks will please the fan and casual listener alike.

In 2010, he released José José Ranchero, another concept album with some of his greatest hits, separated from the original accompaniment, remastered and accompanied with mariachi, giving his classics a traditional Mexican sound José was planning a new, untitled album, adding that it would consist of nine unreleased tracks and a melody he used to sing in serenades "Que viva mi tristeza", from songwriter Armando Manzanero  . The album includes a duet with José José on "Lo Pasado, Pasado" and a poem recited by him. Rafael Pérez-Botija was involved in the production of the album.
