Another Night is pretty generic by the Hollies standards. By this point the band had built up a reputation of having some of the very best harmonies (not to mention some of the most melodic harmonies) ever laid down on tape. Another Night is just typical affair. It's a good enough album that if you happen to see it cheap, it's totally worth it. But for over 20 bucks? No way. The title song is immediately catchy. Just a really solid number. They significantly improve the overrated Springsteen version of "4th of July, Asbury Park".
