The end result is their sophomore effort "To Whom It May Concern"- an album that is heavily influenced by new jack swing. Although Teddy Riley is nowhere to be found, his presence is felt- primarily due to some of his associates working on the album. The most obvious being Regina Belle's brother Bernard Belle- who along with the production team The Characters (best known for their work with Boyz II Men and Johnny Gill) helming most of the production.

Riff isn't quite sure of its direction; some tracks are done in the outdated New Jack Swing style, complete with tired raps. Their best tunes are those where their often-impressive harmonies and vocals are allowed to carry the day unencumbered by studio antics. Riff can sing with any vocal ensemble; hopefully, a future album will be fully devoted to that element.
