Garden of Earthly Delights is Susanna's 13th album, following Go Dig My Grave that landed back in February 2018. Expanding on her inspiration from Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch, Susanna explains, "While this is not a soundtrack to his paintings, I feel a resemblance between the absurdity in his pictures and today’s existence.

The album is inspired by the surrealistic and gorgeous 15th century art by Hieronymus Bosch.
