The Fan Club Album is legendary in collector circles as one of the rarest 60s garage artefacts known to man – only three test pressing copies are confirmed to exist. Consisting of unreleased outtakes from the band’s earliest sessions in 1965 and 1966, the longplayer was intended as a farewell thank you to the groups loyal fanbase by the band’s producer and mentor Jeep Holland, when he parted ways with the Rationals in late 1968.

One of the shows was documented on the album Tokyo Dolls Live (Fan Club/New Rose). After their return to New York, the Dolls resumed playing shows in the US and Canada. Morrissey, having been a longtime fan of the band and head of their 1970s UK fan club, organized a reunion of the three surviving members of the band's classic line-up (Johansen, Sylvain and Kane) for the Meltdown Festival in London in 2004. The reunion led to a live LP and DVD on Morrissey's Attack label, and a film, New York Doll. 20th century masters – the Millennium collection: the best of New York Dolls (2003).

For the band's eponymous album, see Pearl Jam (album). Pearl Jam. Pearl Jam performing in 2012-from left to right: Mike McCready, Jeff Ament, Matt Cameron, Eddie Vedder and Stone Gossard. It was recorded during a soundcheck and released on the band's 1998 fan club Christmas single. The following year, the cover was put into heavy rotation across the country. By popular demand, the cover was released to the public as a single in 1999, with all of the proceeds going to the aid of refugees of the Kosovo War. The band also decided to include the song on the 1999 charity compilation album, No Boundaries: A Benefit for the Kosovar Refugees. Pearl Jam released all of the albums in record stores as well as through its fan club

The War on Drugs, A Deeper Understanding. The War on Drugs’ fourth full-length album – and like few rock rock LPs in 2017, it is a true album – plays like a shimmery sativa dream in which the legends of classic rock (Dylan, Springsteen, Petty, Zevon and even Tweedy) emerge from the mist and coalesce into something new and achingly beautiful. 15. Paramore, After Laughter. But despite some light club-thumping outside of Look What You Made Me Do, the first taste from Swift’s sixth album, her dance-floor fury is mellowed by moments where Swift - and core producers Shellback, Jack Antonoff and Max Martin - plays it surprisingly cool. Is it chill that you’re in my head? she asks on Delicate, downplaying her anxieties until she releases them in controlled bursts on the bridge.
