Who Will Survive, and What Will Be Left of Them? is the second full-length release by Murder by Death. It was released on Eyeball Records in 2003. Its title is a reference to the tagline of the 1974 film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

It is an album about the Devil wiping a small town off the map. It was recorded and mixed in nine days at The Clubhouse up in the Catskill Mountains by Daniel Goodwin. cold hangin' in that air and they might have froze before that noose got to them old scratch has dealt us a dirty hand he had the look of a saint but the greed of a man and his face was worn and wrinkled like a leather book and if i put this revolver to my head will god turn against me instead. of taking pity on a broken man? get on with it.

Murder by Death is, like many other bands, a confused band. Who Will Survive, and What Will Be Left of Them, their sophomore LP, after having released their debut under the name Little Joe Gould, finds the Indiana-based quintet developing a concept album about how the Devil is shot in a small, Western town and the aftermath that follows. While the music is played competently, it's what is not done that undoes the band  . All in all, Who Will Survive is a competent album, with quality production and an interesting idea behind the lyrics. Unfortunately, it's the band's inability to take advantage of what should set itself apart that ultimately makes the album seem rather average.

The lyrics are Tell me so we can go, go all day all night A-all day all night, a-all day all night, a-all day all night. And it repeats the all day all night one more time (maybe more idk).
