Start by marking The Land That Time Forgot (Campfire Graphic Novels) as Want to Read: Want to Read savin. ant to Read. And that is when, like this time, I can Well I didn't read the graphic novel but rather the novel itself which I couldn't find on Goodreads. I liked this book! Burroughs is so inconsistent in quality you never know. He revels in creating a world and inhabiting with the creatures and situations from his vivid imagination. In these books-the early Mars books, the early Venus books, many of the Tarzan books, The Mad King-you can almost feel his unbridled glee. That is when he is at his best.
