Virtuoso No. 3 is a 1977 album by American jazz guitarist Joe Pass. It was re-issued in 1992 on CD by Original Jazz Classics. Virtuoso No. 3 differs from Virtuoso and Virtuoso No. 2 in that it contains all original material instead of jazz standards. The track "Paco de Lucia" is named after the noted flamenco composer and guitarist.

Joe Pass Virtuoso Pablo PACD-2310-708-2 1973. As Norman Granz had done with Art Tatum 20 years previously, the impresario allowed Joe Pass to sit down and play his songbook. The result was Virtuoso and Virtuoso Collectively, the two represent 33 standards and original compositions recorded with acoustic and electric guitars. Virtuoso was the recording to announce that Joe Pass had arrived.

Despite having only one original composition ("Blues for Alican"), it is widely considered to be his best album, as well as one of the best jazz guitar albums. The remastered version used 20-bit K2 Super Coding System technology and included liner notes by Benny Green.

Virtuoso No. 2, the second of Joe Pass' solo guitar albums for Pablo, finds the remarkable Pass exploring more recent standards than one might expect. In addition to a few warhorses, there is also "Feelings" (which he somehow manages to make tolerable), "If," two Chick Corea songs ("Five Hundred Miles High" and "Windows") and even "Giant Steps.
