The Elements of Style has been added to your Cart. The famous, beloved version of this book is the version by Strunk and White (written a hundred years ago by William Strunk and – importantly – updated by . White), and that's what this product is pretending to be (worse, actually, it's pretending to be the version illustrated by Maira Kalman). In fact, the Kindle version presented here was neither updated by . White nor illustrated by Maira Kalman; it's just the old public domain text.

The Elements of Harmony were six supernatural artifacts representing subjective aspects of harmony. The narration during the prologue of Friendship is Magic, part 1 describes the Elements of Harmony as "the most powerful magic known to ponydom".

The Elements of Style is a guide to usage in the writing of English. Originally written in 1918 by William Strunk, J. it was revised by Strunk and Edward A. Tenny in 1935. A basic structural design underlies every kind of writing. Writers will in part follow this design, in part deviate from it, according to their skills, their needs, and the unexpected events that accompany the act of composition. This requires not that the writer make all his sentences short, or that he avoid all detail and treat his subjects only in outline, but that every word tell. Rule 17: Omit needless words.

And that's just what they'll do. Это то, для чего они сделаны. So say goodbye to all my friends. Так попрощайся со всеми своими друзьями. I fell in love with her again, my baby. Я влюбилась в нее снова, моя детка, 'Cause I'm not that kind of girl. Потому что я не такая девушка. Я снова влюбилась в нее, моя детка, 'Cause I'm not that kind of girl.
