Disclaimer (stylised as DISCLAIMER) is the debut studio album by South African rock band Seether, released in 2002. It features three successful singles which would remain some of the band's most well-known songs. It is their first release under their current name after changing it from Saron Gas in 2002 to avoid confusion with the deadly nerve agent sarin gas.

Seether is a ive metal band which formed in Pretoria, South Africa in 1999. The band currently consists of Shaun Morgan (vocals, guitar), Dale Stewart (bass, vocals) and John Humphrey (drums). The band has released six albums and is currently signed to Wind-Up Records in the United States. Early days, Fragile, Disclaimer The band was originally called Saron Gas, but changed their name to Seether.

SEETHER 2002-2013 certainly backs that up, taking stock of the group's first decade or so of accomplishment. Stewart says Seether is plans "to go full steam on the new album" for 2014, though Morgan promises the trio's sixth album "is not going to be something we rush into and put out a crappy thing just because there's a deadline.
