Brian Peter George St John le Baptiste de la Salle Eno, RDI (/ˈiːnoʊ/; born Brian Peter George Eno, 15 May 1948) is an English musician, record producer, and visual artist best known for his pioneering work in ambient music and contributions to rock, pop, electronic, and generative music.

Harmonia & Eno '76 - Tracks and Traces. In 1976 Brian Eno visited Harmonia's studio in the Weserbergland region of northern Germany to create what would become one of the most cherished artifacts of the genre on "Tracks and Traces". Harmonia comprised of multi instrumentalists Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Moebius (also known as Cluster) with former Kraftwerk and Neu! member, Michael Rother, and together with the like-minded synth maestro Eno they created twelve tracks of seminal instrumental exploration. Tracks And Traces Remixed.

But what makes Tracks and Traces so fascinating isn't its historical value. It's that the experiments conducted by Eno, Roedelius, Rother and Moebius here still sound great. Assuredly probing the reaches of their respective talents, this is the sound of four legends at their artistic peak finding new forms of expression, finally presented properly. Published, Wed, 23 Sep 2009. Brian Eno is an English musician, singer, music theorist and record producer. As a solo artist, he is best known as the father of modern ambient music. Harmonia 76: Tracks & Traces is a music studio album recording by HARMONIA (Progressive ve Rock) released in 1997 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. Tracks & Traces" is the concrete result of a mythical reunion between Eno and cluster members in the Weserbergland area of Germany back in 1976. After two beautiful "avant garde" pre-ambient "motoric" electronic albums, Moebius & Roedelius side project Harmonia has launched the bases of ambient music in this collection of synth "dreamy" soundscapes. Eno gave some help to the band with lyrics and additional synth parts.
