The album was produced by using recordings from four different live venues: The Bottom Line in New York City; The IMAC at Huntington, New York; New Park Entertainment in Philadelphia; and The Keswick Theatre in Glenside, Pennsylvania. The album had further studio production at American Recording in Calabasas, California.

Luna Sea is the self-titled debut album by Japanese rock band Luna Sea, released on April 21, 1991 by Extasy Records. It sold over 30,000 copies by July 1992. The album was remastered and re-released by Universal Music Group on December 19, 2007. In 2011, after reuniting the previous year, Luna Sea re-recorded the whole album and released it on March 16, 2011 by their label at the time, HPQ.

Platon’s trademark photography style has, over the years, become as iconic and recognisable as the famous faces that he photographs. Platon reads his subjects in a flash and finds ways to connect with them, enabling him to get below the surface-level tension associated with sitting for a portrait. In the first portrait he captured, Zuckerberg is visibly guarded, giving nothing to the camera. His neck was tense, his eyes were wide open. The resulting image is a transformation; Platon managed to capture a side of Zuckerberg the world has never seen before. He looked composed, but relaxed and elegant. That quick-fire question enabled the pair to develop a rapport and Zuckerberg allowed Platon to see beyond his guard, if only for a few frames.
