The Complete Albums Collection is a compilation box set album collection by English heavy metal band Judas Priest, released on 12 June 2012 by Legacy Recordings. The Complete Albums Collection contains 17 Judas Priest albums, (excluding the Tim "Ripper" Owens era).

The melody is taken from the traditional ballad "Great Selchie Of Shule Skerry", which had appeared on the second Judy Collins album, Judy Collins - Golden Apples Of The Sun. Track 3-12: Released as Columbia 45 4-43578. Tracks 3-15, 3-16, 5-12: Previously released on The Byrds - Never Before Murray Hill A21143.

The phrase die hard was first used during the Battle of Albuera (1811) in the Peninsular War. During the battle, Lieutenant-Colonel William Inglis of the 57th (West Middlesex) Regiment of Foot was wounded by canister shot. Despite his injuries, Inglis refused to retire from the battle but remained with the regimental colours, encouraging his men with the words "Die hard 57th, die hard!" as they came under intense pressure from a French attack.
