Heaven & Earth is the twenty-first studio album from the English progressive rock band Yes, released on 16 July 2014 on Frontiers Records. It is their first album with singer Jon Davison in the band's line-up, and the final studio album to feature original bassist and founder Chris Squire before his death in 2015. It was produced by Roy Thomas Baker, who first worked with the band on recording sessions in 1979, and mixed by then-former and now-current member Billy Sherwood.

Heaven & Earth (Yes album). Heaven & Earth is the twenty-first studio album from the English progressive rock band Yes, first released on 16 July 2014 on Frontiers Records. It is their first album with singer Jon Davison in the band's line-up, and the final studio album to feature original bassist Chris Squire before his death in 2015. About the name of the album, guitarist Steve Howe stated, "In a way, the parallel of saying ‘Heaven And Earth’ is the same as saying good and bad, yin and yang, up and down, left and right. They’re two extremes, but I think the way Roger and I liked it was that in fact the Earth is a physical place where you can measure stuff and you can do quantum physics.

The opening notes on Yes' 21st studio album are like sonic comfort food: Guitarist Steve Howe teases an ethereal melody, his delayed notes conjuring the mystical waterfalls and hovering spaceships of any good Roger Dean cover.

Yes ‎– Heaven & Earth. Selo: Frontiers Records ‎– FR CD 651. Formato: CD, Album, Digipak. The 21st studio album by Yes is dominated by pointed songs with a leading role for vocals and harmony vocals, with a poppy sound by producer Roy Thomas Baker (Queen, The Cars). A strong and vital album, despite the lack of complex symphonic passages where Yes big was. Responder Notifique-me 2 Helpful.

Heaven & Earth is Yes' first new recording since 2010's surprisingly good Fly from Here, helmed by Horn. Singer Benoit David, who replaced an ailing Anderson, has himself been displaced by Glass Hammer frontman Jon Davison. At least initially, the latter's voice is nearly a dead ringer for Anderson's. Listening to Heaven & Earth makes one wonder about what happened to the spirited playing and vigor of rediscovery displayed on Fly from Here.
