Robot Koch will release the Hypermoment LP via Monkeytown Records on November 6th. The former Berliner relocated to LA during while working on the 11-tracker, his first since 2011's The Other Side. The album was recorded in his new home, Silver Lake, the nearby Joshua Tree National Park, plus New York and Berlin. As in the past, Robot Koch worked with a raft of collaborators on Hypermoment, including LA-based producer Schwarzmodul, Delhia de France and Curtain Blue

After last year& hypermoment release on modeselektor& monkeytown label, Robot Koch returns with a special collaboration album. Particle Fields was written and recorded with LA based composer/violinist Savannah Jo Lack earlier this year in Los Angeles. The album features Koch´s hallmark detailed and organic soundscapes as well as the cinematic, lush string arrangements by Savannah Jo Lack giving the album both an emotional depth and a contemporary production that is highly visual. Koch and Lack wrote the songs together from scratch, instead of superimposing string arrangements over.

Robert Koch (born 7 October 1977), best known by the stage name Robot Koch, is a German, Los Angeles based, artist, composer and record producer. Koch made a name for himself as a member of the band Jahcoozi before establishing himself as a solo artist. His sound of organic electronic music has been called "Wonderful and Strange - pop music from the future" (by John Peel of the BBC already in 2003).
