The album took its name from this series. The Book of the Lost is a joint release on the Millersounds and Owltextures labels. It received a limited release via ww. hebookofthelost. uk and ww. illersounds. The Rowan Amber Mill exist somewhere in the wildwoods of East Devon. They have been making music they describe as woodland folkadelica since 2007 and have thus far released Folk Devils and Moral Panics (2008), Midsummers (2009) and Heartwood (2010) via their own cottage industry micro-label Millersounds.
