Music for the People is the debut album by American hip hop group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, released on July 23, 1991. The album was a success, reaching on the Top Heatseekers Albums chart, and on the Billboard 200, thanks to the hit single, "Good Vibrations". Alongside "Good Vibrations", the album spawned an additional top-ten single, "Wildside" ( on the Billboard Hot 100), as well as the minor hits, "Peace" and "I Need Money".

Yeah i remember hearing this song on the radio back in the fall of 1992 i was in 9th grade then i first thought it was saying "you got the beat". huh? oh believe that makes more sense! i bought the this CD again last. I love "You Gotta Believe" song. It's an album worth having in your collection and it's a must to have it.
